Wittel Professional Services team developed a set of training programs to satisfy the qualification demand and training of professionals that work with its solutions.
There are 60 types of specific training programs and workshops based on Voice and Data Convergence, Quality and Productivity, Inbound and CRM and Outbound solutions, specifically developed to qualify professionals and companies interested in evolution of their service rendering. Wittel's training content is based on applications of solutions globally recognized due to their quality and functionality.
To improve the training utilization, Wittel offers a fully equipped training room, data show, with computers connected to specific application servers with prepared environment and Coffee Break space.
During the training sessions, manuals specific to applications approached in each course are made available. These manuals can be used for consultation during the daily tasks of the professionals and improve learning of knowledge acquired in the applications that were used. At the end of each training program, the participant receives a course termination certificate.
